TEAM MEDIATION


From conflict comes creativity. So it’s hardly surprising that even the highest performing teams can end up in a dispute. Team mediation enables groups to resolve their differences and get back to working at their full potential again. It’s quick, cost effective and gives the parties the power to make their own decisions on the best way forward.  It reduces stress and absenteeism and builds trust and relationships.

Team mediations typically take a few days - it depends on the number of people involved. Once the mediator has talked privately to each party they analyse their findings and then decide the best approach. This can include several one to one mediations as well as a whole group meeting.


The best way to deal with conflict is to nip it in the bud.  Otherwise it can escalate and spread, having an enormous impact not just on productivity but on the wellbeing of staff.  Don’t let minor disputes lead to major disruption.
